Arthur Galbraith

Arthur Galbraith (1728–1818) was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania — the heart of the Scots-Irish immigration corridor — and died ninety years later in Rogersville, Hawkins County, Tennessee, having lived the classic Scots-Irish arc down the Great Wagon Road: Pennsylvania → southwest Virginia (where son Andrew was born in Washington County in April 1776) → upper East Tennessee.
